Have the option to buy a +1 carrying +1 Cut Block piece, but I note that mousing over the link says 'the C will execute this block' - is that just because it reads the center's version of it, or is it one of the skills that requires you to be at a specific position?

I would think it's the former, as both Gs and OTs also have it.

That actually sounds like a pretty good piece of EQ. Definitely a useful SA.

Also just picked up a piece with the same SA (though was +1 catching). Gonna pick it up and see how it works.
