I know the formation, but how do you set up the double teams they have the secondary playing?

Three down linemen, two LB's and six DB's [4 CB's], so it a 3:2:6.

The ROLB is in on the blitz and the MLB is in coverage on the TE, so its "man-to-man."

The MLB seems to be lined up over the TE, so its a Strong-side Shift.

The ROLB seems to be a normal distance from scrimmage, so no stacking.
