I hate recruiting, so its a testament to the Silver and Black that they've hung in there and scored some good players...

I literally spent 12+ hours total online recruiting in season 3, (Our big improvement season) so season 4 and 5 we've been able to target positions and players.

It can be a dog fight getting good players in a BBB league for sure.

I would say I have spent 12 hours in a day, 3 or 4 time over the last 2 seasons recruiting, and between 2-8 hours 10 or 12 times, and we just can't get the people in here to win. In all I may have spent 100 hours recruiting.

If you look at my formula for building a team it is fast and effective.

I spent 6 hrs and recruited a full roster before I even got my team.

Way to go, fellas. Now if only some of that magic would rub off on the other Silver & Black.

For BUILDING the team, winning a handful of games was a different story it took more then a full season.

I think we won one or two games last season. This season it looks like we may win 6-7

Next year, which was the plan all along is the year I think we make the playoffs and maybe even make some waves. If we are still in BBB our 4th season in the league I am guaranteeing a championship.

Im that FB tbone was talking bout. I plan on running you guys over when next season comes so you better watch out. My goal is to lead in tds one more time next season. Yards is very hard to do when your a FB but itll be possible. Me and Julius Jones will become the Best Duo Running core in this league though. I guarentee that.

YOu scored 6 TD's against a sh!t team, 2 in a scrimmage and 2 against a team which your team pretty much ran 95% of the time...in other words your FB aint that good...and this aint no easy league...soooo I wouldn't be talking shit
