This ranking looks at where poeple should or could fall in the last three games.

1. East Brewton Warbirds: The Warbirds are now in the drivers seat. With two more wins they take the top spot because of their win over the Hammerheads. But with 2 tough games left, they could find them selfs without a home game if they loss both. They play the Inferno at home next game, and look to give them their second loss of the season.
Previous Rank: 2

2. Middle Tennessee Fightin' Catfish: Knocked from the top spot by the Inferno, this team will need some help to see home field money in the playoffs. With some of the top teams play each other, coupled with an easy 3 game stretch, the Fish do have a chance to end the season back at the top spot.
Previous Rank: 1

3. Kansas Flashpoint : With a win over the Inferno, this team keeps its win steak alive and ready to ride it into the playoffs. By virtue of their win over the Hammerheads, the Flashpoint could move into the number 3 spot if they finish the season out with their winning streak intact.
Previous Rank: 6

4.: Jersey Shore Hammerheads: With one tough game left, this team could finish with a 14-2 record. But, loss one game and they could fall out of home field contention. Their lone game against the Inferno will determine their final spot in the playoff race.
Previous Rank: 4

5.: Key West Corsairs : Also with one tough game left, if they win out and things fall in place, this team could see a home field game. Their final game against the undefeated Beavers will determine if they grab the 4th spot of fall to the 6th.
Previous Rank: 5

6. Indianapolis Inferno: With the hardest schedule left to play, if they win 2 of their 3 games left, they are guaranteed to fall no lower than 3rd. But falter and they could end up the 6th spot. With the Warbirds up next, they need a win here if they plan to take the top spot.
Previous Rank: 4

7. East Saint Louis Firebirds: With one game left with similar competition, the Firebirds should be a lock for a playoff spot. Unless something really changes, their chances at a home field game are little to none. With a win over the Proletariats in their next game, they should end the season 10-5-1.
Previous Rank: 7

8. Youngstown Villains: With 2 tough games left on their schedule, the Villains should grab the last playoff spot. A win over the Firebirds down the stretch would put them at the 7th spot, getting them out of playing the best team in the playoffs.
Previous Rank: 8

9. Massachusetts Marauders : Mathematically, this team is still in the hunt, but they would need the Firebirds to loss their last 3 game and for them to win out. Stranger things have happened.
Previous Rank: 11

10. Detroit Proletariat: With a win over the Firebirds next game, they keep their playoff hopes alive, but at the same time help the Marauders which own the tie breaker. The Marauders will be cheering them on this game.
Previous Rank: 9

11. Bay City Bombers: The Bombers still have an outside chance for a playoff spot. By beating the Marauders and Proletariat the next 2 games and the Firebirds lossing out, they could actually grab that 8th spot. But I forgot to mention they would also need a win against the Redskins.
Previous Rank: 10

12. Hilo Storm:
Previous Rank: 12

13 Redridge Murlocs :
Previous Rank: 13

14.: Malibu Macaws:
Previous Rank: 14

15. Boone Drinkabeers:
Previous Rank: 15

16. Alabama Thrashers:
Previous Rank: 16

Mailstrom just takes modesty to a whole new level. Thanks for these btw. Should be an interesting little race for seeding.

I'm still keeping up hope that maybe the Malibu Macaws, Alabama Thrashers or Austin Extreme will give the catfish a loss. I mean look at all the upsets in the NFL last weekend. If the Browns can beat the Giants then surely an upset can happen!

Ok... I'll put the pipe down now. I just would really like a home game.

So Sorry about giving you the "kool-aid" yesterday...looks like you were right, I can admit it, the Corsairs do belong above the Firebirds!
