I wouldn't say that. High vision, good throwing and proper placement of SA's can go along way.

My strength is 24 and I had 3 picks in 635 attempts.

SO I singlehandedly debunked the Str beats Ints rumor.

One single example can't disprove the theory, that's just like if a QB with high strength had 0 INTs and claimed that they proved the theory.

24 strength at level 15 isn't all that low. Granted it isn't too high for a level 15, but I wouldn't say it is so low that it conclusively proves QBs don't need some strength. I also wouldn't apply what works at level 15 in a QB build to what will work 10 or 20 levels later.

My strength is 50+ with only 1 INT on 555 attempts, our first playoff game makes 14 straight games without a pick (I probably just jinxed myself with another playoff game in 2 hours). I've tried the last 2 seasons to make a very balanced build, I say keep all your important stats relatively close, I don't think you can pump up any single stat and rely on it to make up for being low in others. The exception might be putting all your equipment into throwing, call me crazy but I just have to believe the stat called "throwing" might have the largest impact on throwing the ball.
