Please post a link to a thread where someone has provided PROOF that vision helped boost their production? Like you said, there are only theories.

Everyone is so afraid to share any stat because they think someone else will clone it and make a more successful player. I hope the do realize if it's a crazy build it will take months for them to move everything, get money, and most of the time they are better off retiring the player.

I didn't really start pumping my vision until right before S4 and finished soft capping it sometime earlier this season.

Moar sacks.

Moar?

I can tell you from experience, that training up my vision and confidence on my DT has helped improve his production the last couple of weeks. He has plenty of strength, tackling and agility. Once you've soft capped those, I'd focus on vision and confidence.

I think SP's are more valuable elsewhere than vision and confidence, I say put SP's in the big three, and train vision and confidence.

I can never disagree with you maxx, we pretty much have the same opinions.

vision and confidence are part of the equations for successfully getting past a tackle. I would assume they both need to be capped. But i'm just thinking logically here, don't quote me on it.

The equation part is right though.

IM still trying to figure it out as well.

That would be an assumption, but doubtful since my DT has played well without them being average.

Confidence makes a big difference.

Maybe for your DE's, but your DT is averaging less than 2 tackles a game.

I have been thinking it would. So you have confidence capped on your d.e. with 36 sacks. some confirmation would be great. can you look at my build and help me out a little.?

I have been moving equipment all around. Do I have enough str? speed? agility?

Confidence is fine. It's higher than mine. Keep the equipment in agility and get it to 80+. Maybe bump speed up to 65. Strength and the pass rush tree look fine, but after you get the speed and agility up, train on vision and put some points in Tunnel Vision.

More TV will help get sacks, as will bumping Speed to 65 soon. Agility at 80 and speed at 65 paired with 7-8 total points (including equipment) in TV can result in some nice sack numbers.

I'd also look at getting your Vision up to 40 soon.

Confidence to 30-35 is all I would look at right now, can pump it more if you want but I think you need more TV, vision and speed first.
