That's kind of an expensive piece of equipment to be using for a bank.

I'm guessing he's testing a theory to see if it helps protect him from the glare (which I think will fail though). Kind of like how Bort says blocking helps shed blocks.

Hopefully Mikey quits glaring back at LBs before the play clock runs out.

Bort's already said aura of intimidation doesn't work for offensive players. Glare is even more position specific.

I assume he means only when they are playing on offense. If they were put in on ST or there was an turnover, I would assume it would work for them. Still, it wouldn't be the best equipment to be using.
