Is Quick cut effective? If so, please provide an explanation and/or example.
Is Head Fake effective? If so, please provide an explanation and/or example.
Is First Step effective? If so, please provide an explanation and/or example.

Quick Cut is very effective, it makes your player be able to make very sharp quicks without the need for ridiculous agility, eg http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?game_id=140674&pbp_id=4297662

First Step is effective with high speed, it can give you great acceleration on occasions and can turn into big gains, eg http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?game_id=140590&pbp_id=2589558 (not sure whether that is pure speed or FS, but it definitely looks like a FS burst off the mark).

Head Fake im sure is effective at high levels, but I have no personal experience of it.
