I don't know what to work on once agi is capped, should I work on SA's?

Strong safties need speed, agility, vision, and stamina. For stamina you should eventually get it into the 40's, maybe to 48 by level 30. The other skills are more important. Keep raising them until they are at 68 unequipped. There are other skills that can be trained, but you need to work speed, agility, vision, and stamina up as quickly as possible.

you should work for the second speed soft cap next.
