He is fixable, but it will probably take a good 15 levels before he's performing optimally.

First thing first, no more points in special ability trees. Next, move all equipment into a single attribute (more than likely strength). Lastly, point all your future points into these attributes until they start costing 2 points per increase (aka the soft cap)...

Strength
Blocking
Agility
Speed

Only raise a single attribute at a time though. Use training to get stamina, carrying and confidence up while you get your primary attributes up to a the soft cap.

It'll take a while to get your FB sorted out, but it is doable. I made the same mistake on mine in the beginning and mine is doing ok now. Although I realized it a couple levels sooner.

Looking at what you've done already, first thing is to put all your equipment on strength. Equipment should be in one, maybe two attributes. With all the points in carry, I'd recommend you consider making him a running fullback. Work strength, then speed, then agility, and follow that with blocking(or ask someone with a good running fullback for an even better build pattern, since mine is a blocker). Definitely ignore your SAs for at least 10 levels, no matter what you do.

It's not like he has a huge amount of points in carrying... even a blocking FB would want carrying close to 30 eventually. I'm a balanced build and am aiming for carrying to be soft capped sometime next season.

His SA selection has a lot more to do with his build selection than his attributes at this point... in which case, his most beneficial route would be a balanced FB.

Another option would be to put your equipment in speed, train speed and agility, and use points to soft cap strength asap.

consolidate equipment into strength. GET YOUR SPEED UP. I have a level 2 FB with twice as much speed.

cap carry may not be a bad idea at that
speed to keep up or ahead of HB/Blocking
