Many other positions have them, but I haven't seen one for WRs.

Spend points in anything, but blocking, throwing, kicking, tackling, and punting. That is how you build a good receiver.

Blocking receivers are a rare commodity. I know at least 2 teams that are looking to restart as a primarily outside running team so blocking WRs would be a necessity to them.
Do whatever your owner asks you to do. If you don't have an owner, build your WR like Colon Grifter.

My quick and dirty WR guide:
Soft cap these first: speed, agility, and catching. In what order is up to you. What order for/if these to the 2nd caps is up to you. No SAs until level 25+. Equipment all in speed.
Training combos during soft capping use your best judgment.
Training Combos: After soft capping speed/agility/catching.
Strength/Carrying
Stamina/Jumping
Vision/Confidence
Vision/Jumping - Maybe
Training Goals: level 24ish
1. Jumping 30+
2. Strength 25+
2. Carrying 25+
4. Vision 30+
5. Stamina 25+
6. Confidence 20+(who cares)
Of course do this if you think my WR is good. Otherwise find your own path!
