and can you guys tell me the offensive and defensive play and full settings on this plays (single back 3 wr or i formation - 4-3 cover 1 long coverage zone... like that). And what is the best if you want to stop the 3WR run. How they stop the weak i run. ETC... Thanks.

Cover 2 Man ROLB Blitz (possibly FS blitz, but might just be a pre-snap read) or like that.

D on first play is a 3-3-5 nickel with a weak side shift.
