Too much speed, jumping, and power through.

For a tightend most arent effective early as pass catchers because of the diminishing passing game at early levels a blocker is most effective..So if you are making a Reciving TE it is best to slowbuild him over the first season or two Id cap Catching and Vision First then move onto the minors lie speed agility and strength and keep the caryign up also as you level..Things like Jumping and SA's can be left for a little bit later on...This is my plan for my first TE i am building i made a WR back in season 1 to be a anquan Boldin type layer he hadgood strength and Good speed early on this was very very ineffective it wasnt util his fianl two season he broke out and finnaly started performign liek i had origially planned on..My thinking is this same type of build slightly altered would be Very effective for a TE
