I managed to get:

Superior Black Cleats
+1 agility
+1 Juke SA

Decided to buy it and I'm wondering when I get the chance to upgrade it, what would be more worthwhile for a speedster WR. To continue adding +1 to the agi to become +2 or slap on +1 speed.

I would recommend with a piece that nice, you put it in a stat you'd never want to get rid of.

Let's say all your EQ is now in SPD. You decide you'd like some AGI. So, you starting upgrade your AEQ with AGI. Now you have three SPD pieces and one AGI piece (your AEQ). Now, you decide you want more SPD. You are kinda screwed because you'd have to sell back your AEQ piece that has AGI. Who knows if you'll find a better piece (possible at a latter level but Juke is nice!). Now, if you upgraded it SPD and want more AGI, you have three normal pieces you can sell back.

Just food for thought. Basically, you just want to make sure you'd never have to sell back this item if you want to take your build in a slightly different direction.

Look at your build and decide when you retire what your highest attribute is going to be. +1 attribute for a 5 softcap ability is worth +5 skill points compared to a non-softcap ability which is worth +1 skill point. You'll have to value it that way.
