All EQ into Speed, Agility to 60, Soft cap Vision, train Conidence + Carrying on intense, pump Elusive SA's.

I'd say work on agility, carrying, and Elusive SA's.

You have somewhat nice stats. Why put points on Strength though if you're Elusive? My Pure Elusive is sitting with 16 Strength. More Agility I guess.
