From watching my SS play (no changes to SPD/AGI while I bumped up Closing Speed) I can tell you I don't think it would be an asset for getting sacks. However, it might be for DEs to get out to stop the dump pass or DTs defending the pitch play.
For sacks though, I don't think it's far enough away to "kick in".
This is obviously pure speculation, I'm just saying what I noticed on my SS. It is killer for playing run defense out of the cover 2, but when the WR is relatively close by I don't see it as much. Just my opinion, hope it helps!
