Soft cap throwing, vision, then confidence. Train Stamina as needed for playing time, and train strength into the high 30's. Every once in awhile drop a point or two into Tight Spiral, but don't go over board.

soft cap throwing vision then strength while training stam and confidence. Work on SAs after throwing vision and strength are soft capped. Confidence is overrated unless your team sucks.
