Where should I put the next 5? etc.. When have you all noticed it is a good time to put more SA points in ?

Personally, I would have waited on SAs, at least until I had my primary attributes to the soft-cap, as well as Str and Vis. Anyway, with your build I'd now focus on conf/vision to the Softcap while training speed/agi/jump to 20 or so. No more SAs until that's done.
