As crazy said it's better to be a doormat for a bit and build a team the way you want it, then find halfassed owners via FA....which if you've never done that is a royal pain in the ass....and to find people with good builds in FA makes the task even more difficult.
You can always tell when a player is built well, because their FA thread has a shit ton of replies, lots and lots of competition for well built players.
