what should be the first thing to soft cap for a blitzing LB?

Don't just shoot anything to the softcap and switch to the next thing. You need more balance in the interim to be effective and leveling up after the softcap for linebackers doesn't yield you the gains you think it might. The fractional points are just way too low.

I'd let vision and agility get to at least 35 and stam to 30 before softcapping speed.

LOLB is the coverage LB. ROLB is the blitzer. Blitzing needs strength, speed and agility imo. I'd get speed and agility to the soft cap quick, screw balance, who needs to be good It's true linebackers don't get the same bonuses as others but I'd still do speed and agility quickly and worry about being more than a backup later.
