Here is a test one for the Alpha Conference, if its alright I'll add the Zeta directly, underneath it.

Problems are...

Free account has basic functions, so only able to have 4 check boxes not actual rankings.

Cant get it set up by week, but can probably do one for each week quickly with Cut 'n' paste.

Limited amount of responses only, but shouldnt be a problem.

Filled out the survey, where do we see the results?

I can see them live as they happen.

Trying to see if the can be 'published or if I need to do that for you?

Also I think I can make it a little better but as I tested it early some editing choices are locked now.

I can either, take a screen shot or just post the relevant info.

I can also either keep one poll running for a few games (Until the survey reaches its limit of responses) or create new ones for each game?
