agreed.
these games should shape up the east picture.
if we win tomorrow.
were looking at a perfect regular season.
cant say the same about the playoffs though.

Yea, that was a crazy good game Philly. It really could have gone either way.

we gave the game to Memphis. Very bad play calling in the fourth quarter on our part, under 2 minutes left, up by 2pts from our 20 and we pass unsuccessfully 3 straight times and then on 4th and 10 pass yet again leaving Memphis with the ball on our 20 down by 2 with a minute and a half left. Hell, if we only ran the ball each of those plays it was over, forget about the punt which is only common sense.

A chip shot field goal.

We won't make the same mistakes a second time.

You did play a great game, and your depth has us in awe and came into play. We self-imploded however strategy wise, and that unquestionably was the reason we lost the game.

The repeated 4th down attempts is what had you in the game. You can say going for it on 4th down in the 4th quarter lost you the game, but at the same time you wouldn't have all those points earlier in the game without going for it on 4th down. If you hadn't gone for all those 4th downs you wouldn't have 26 points, and we would have had more because our offense would have been on the field more. You went for it on 4th down and got touchdowns later in those drives 3 times. One of those times you were already in field goal range. That's 18 points you got from going for it on 4th down. You also went for it on 4th down and got a FG later in the drive. So, that's really 21 points.

Trust me, there were some things we did in that sim that absolutely wasn't what we had in our AI. Something is not right with all the sims. If you'll notice, our pass/run percentage in the game was balanced, and that is absolutely NOT what we had set in the AI. Regardless, I still don't get how the Brokebacks had 95 offensive plays and we only had 47 (even with them going for it on 4th down so much), yet our our average yards per play was much higher. No offense to you guys, but I was surprised it was a 1 point game and that we had only scored 27 points.

I do think you guys have a top-notch team, and I'm not trying to take away from that. However, the last sentence in your post is not correct IMO.

I have heard several people complain about the AI lately. Same stuff too, going for it on fourth down and not the right run/pass %. No punting, ect ect. Has anyone else seen these problems??

Everything that I have seen in the Dogs games I have been able to find the Input/Output that caused it(meaning it was my fault, not the AI's). One thing for us is the run/pass %, but I know that it will not be the same as what I set it for. I try to make the game balanced with the run/pass, but when we get a big lead the sim will run more regaurdless of what I set it for. I have heard alot of people complain, but most I am sure will find the problem in their Input/Outputs wheather it is in the wrong spot or something was left blank.
