Is this a good SA, it sounds good, but is it good?

Depends on how you read the confusing label for it and what you expect.

A lot of people out there have read it as "Dive 4 yards" when in fact it is "Dive for yards".

Myself i have never noticed a difference with our RBs. One guy has a few points in it and one guy has only 1 and they seem to put up similiar numbers over the season for yards on plays.

I plan on spending 0 points on it. You'll get a lot more bang for your buck elsewhere imo.

Imagine actually being tackled, but still flying forward 4 extra yards...
