That's a sweet piece of EQ. I'm still getting junk combination that include only 1 attribute or 1 attribute and an SA that doesn't fit with it like punting and pancake.

Keep at it, especially if your WR is above lvl 17 he should start rolling some nice items. I'm thinking I'm gonna pass on the stiff arm piece and hope for a better roll, something with Agi or Spd+Juke or maybe Str+Lower Shoulder?
Something about the way Stiff-Arm SA is worded makes me think it may only be effective vs. weak opponents?

But you'll mainly use Stiff Arm against CBs, who are generally quite weak.

Is this worth the buy?

I actually got +2 speed, and +1 Sticky Hands SA. Found it on my 2nd try with my WR. No such luck with any of my other players lol.

What would you give up from Normal EQ, +5 in Speed over Soft cap ?

Wheras if you wanted to improve Quick Cut from 3 to 4, it would cost you only 1 SP - assuming you've got at least 2 on First step.

If it doesn't have +2 to a softcapped stat and 1 SA on it, it isn't worth it.

It's for my 35, he's a possession guy with over softcapped speed and 61 capped agility. I would give up 5 agility and my speedster tree is 4-3-2-0-0 with custom on possession tree. I bought it anyways because money isn't an issue and I don't have to equip it. I'm just torn on training intense and sticking with this piece or searching for some better equipment

That piece = two skill points right now if your QC is at level 3. 1 point of agility at the 2nd softcap becomes worth 3 points. If your current equipment had agility at +5, that equates to 15 skill points. 15>2 therefore stick with what you have. The only piece that will be worthwhile for you is a +2 agility(or speed) and SA on the same piece.

I got that down, it is not equipped, that would be very dumb. But would it be better to keep it and upgrade it through time or to try to find a better piece of equipment?

I'm only taking advanced equipment if the following conditions are met:

It has +1 SA to a tree I'm already in or plan on going into AND it has +2 to a major attribute.

+2 confidence isn't very helpful unless you are building a straight confidence WR, which I have never heard of. If it were speed, agility, catching, okay.
