But I guess that all depends on what your gauge of "high" is.

That is a downhill runner. In my opinion, its the best type of build. I know of a guy who accidentally has been doing that since season 1 and he plays WELL above his level. Non boosting HB with kick returner speed and strength that is nothing to sneeze at.

THink about 2 speed for every 1 agility. That works.

I am doing a speed/vision build as an experiment. I made a thread about it just now. The idea is that he can see the hole and just go flat out for it without trying to really make people miss. Just straight line, no dancing and he can pick up an extra 2 YPC out of every run.

Speed to hit the hole and strength to break LB tackles. Sounds like a solid gameplan. Agility seems to be insanely overrated for HBs these days. "Your HB can't accelerate without agility!"

How many people have made simply a burner... Where probably 4:1 speed to agility ratio? I am thinking about doing this on one of my low level half back builds. I want to see if it is effective at all.
