Last game my punter's game stats showed he had 4 punts for 77 yards. I looked at play-by-play and he actually had 4 punts for 135 yds.
OK, so I looked at the game before and the game stats showed he had 7 for 199 yds, when he actually had 7 for 237.

Take off 20 yards for every touchback.

That's why you see a lot of guys playing their high level punters on crap slow build or gutted teams. They want a cheap trophy since the team will never get close to touchback distance.

(and the XP too I'm sure.)

I trust what you are saying but why -20 yds for every touchback?
If we are on the opp 40 and I kick it through the endzone wouldn't it
still be a 40yd punt?
