I'm the DC for the Lima Vampires,(South America A#5). I'm trying to get a tourney started. If anyone wants in or someone in your division wants to get some teams together and PM me with the team links, I'll try to set it up. If there's a overwhelming response, I may have a few tourneys. Number of teams is not determined yet. Just seeing what kind of response I can get right now. We will draw regions then do a ranking system for seeds. I'm posting this in all capped 21 South America forums. But decided to open it to all capped 21 teams. Hope to hear from you guys, and good luck to all you this season.
