Can you set up formations, like a strong I, weak I, singleback, so on and so forth? If you can how do you do it? I have tried and tried and can't figure it out. Any help would be appreciated. Maybe if you have something set-up with alot of formations maybe I could hire you for a short period of time and you could fix me up?

Nope, the offensive AI is a little limited in its current form. Can't do specific formations. You can influence the formations a little bit like choosing a long pass will give a greater probability of a 5 WR set, but there is no way you can specifically set that as of yet.

As an OC you have a total of 7 plays you can call (not counting FG or punt), so use them wisely.
