here is some examples of plays I'm getting ate up for 8-15 yards per play. I haven't figured out how to stop it. I'm in a 4-3 man under cover 2 with box stacked. On 2 WR sets I'm generally trying to stop the run, but when passes happen they go to the tight end and I get burnt. I've decided to move a speed LB over to LOLB to cover, but I was really wondering if I need to get out of Cover 2, and maybe drop a safety on it. On 3 wide set I'm still in cover 2, but I run a split between a 3-3 nickel and a 4-2 nickel 3 cbs both formations

Cover 1 helps. TE Seam is a huge weakness of the cover 2.

Cover 1 both helps with the run and controlling the TE. The downside is it increases your exposure to the WRs. All defenses have weaknesses, unfortunately.

What's the coverage distance of that LB? Set it to short so he doesn't back up that much.

Also is your best pass defending LB? If not I'd switch them around
