What's the problem? He sucks yet is built to spec. What is he missing? Open to all suggestions that are reasonable (aka, don't tell me I need 70 catching or blocking and I'll take you seriously... lol)

May as well hit that Vision soft cap.

The build is pretty good, no glaring mistakes.

Kickers just suck right now.

Jase, maybe handcuff speed and agi to each other? Other than that, IDK.

My guy has a bit more kicking/punting and spd/agi that match. Other than that...near identical.

Times like this, this early in the season I'd just say my guy was lucky, yours isn't. hopefully it evens out over a season.

Develop the SA tree more?

I'd say he needs more strength. Missing the 0-19 attempt was probably a fluke. He looks solid otherwise. Everyone misses XPs so not a big deal.

Train speed speed and jumping as well as agility.

I dont think automatic works at all really. I seen a kicker with 11 into it and he still missed quite a few xp. When one of my kickers 2 into auto went 26/26 and my other kicker other kickers went 54/57 and 82/92 with 4 into it and my last kicker with 5 into auto went 61/66.

I dont see the benefit going higher when ive talked to kickers with 7+ into auto still missed 5 or so a season. Missing extra is just gonna happen.

I am a kicker with 7+ in auto, lol. It may not fix the problem, but it will most definitly help.

he missed 2 xp out of 39 trys. Its not worth raising. He will use to much to raise it to not help at all.

2 xp over 2 games, if he keeps it up, he will have missed 16 xp for the season, thats a problem, and automatic will help fix that.

If you think I'm wrong, then please, give him some better advice.

2 in a game where he did tried 33 xp. He wouldnt miss 16 xp this season if he keep it the same.

I'm not worried about XP's as much as I am FG's. He was spotty as hell from 40+ last season and this year in scrimmages and games he's been horrific from pretty much any range. It's the FG's I'm worried about as I'm seriously considering retiring this guy at the end of his contract... he's been that disappointing. I'm currently training speed and agility but I can't see that making a big difference in all honesty.

My guy is 7/19 from 40+ for his career... that's pretty sorry. I think his longest made FG was 42 yards.
