Does it raise your kick accuracy all the time or only during 'pressure' situations?

I thought the wording meant it always helps your accuracy. I know several people that have said it only works during close games or when your morale is low because of how it's worded.

Which is correct?

Actually it said "EVEN if your morale is low " so I'm guessing it works during the whole game.

How I see it is more of being able to maintain that accuracy through out the game regardless

maybe a tiny little bit of bonus during close games for *clutch*

That was my reasoning, the "even".

But some people still state it only works in clutch situations. I wish we had an official answer for it.

Tbf, we rarely see the effects of SA's.

A lot of the SAs are increased chance of happening and what that % is unknown at this time. Some of the SAs will happen 100% of the time. Just need to read descriptions.
