I get +1 tackling, +1 agility and +2/3% make tackle chance. Best thing I've gotten in 3 refreshes is +1 Dive Tackele SA.

I have had some good stuff - +2 Vision with +1 SA Big boot - but that has been the exception - and it was v expensive.....

Those purple gloves could be worth using. The blue gloves, not so much.

I'd like the blue gloves....right now i have a +3 in kicking for my gloves....i could replace that with that adv piece of equip and get the same +3 + the wrap up tackle and have the ability to upgrade it....

yeah i think i would have bought the blue gloves, but i have all of my equipment +4 already

The thing is the Wrap Up Tackle SA would be essentially useless (if it comes down to your kicker needing to make the tackle, a +1 in a Wrap Up Tackle probably won't make any difference).

I'm thinking unless I get +3 kicking and +1 to a kicking SA, advanced equipment is going to be out of the question. It's just really not worth it, seeing as how it takes so long to upgrade, you lose out on extra +1 SP and +5 temp bonuses by upgrading your equipment instead, and anything less than 3 kicking and a kicking SA wouldn't be of much use over regular equipment.
