Having a very tuff time signing back ups even though im offering very high salary's and signing bonus's.just wondering if i was the only one

I think being in BBB #13 hurts us all. We (Hounds) must have sent out at 40 contracts and while we did get some nice dudes, we only got a few of the actual targets. Plus a lot of the guys are still unsigned. Doesn't make any sense.

SC probably sent over 100 contracts and we got 6 new guys. I have a few more guys in line to sign, but it sucks that even guys with marginal builds have attitudes about signing with a BBB team...

We picked up a fair few guys, but have the advantage of an already well established team. Also two of those gains were from players already on the team bringing over guys. Would hate to be in the position a lot of you are where the demand is so high and the things to offer are somewhat limited.

yeah, two of our biggest pick ups was getting agents to consolidate their players over to our team.

recruiting is a PAIN in the ass though.
