I want to know if anyone has tried this for shedding blocks better, I consider anything above 30 pretty high.

nothing conclusive, most people that have over 30 blocking have said MEH to it. Vision + TV has seen better results.

Yes, someone has tried a high blocking build publicly... but they did it in a dumb way. They just jacked up blocking in the 50s and complained and pointed when they didn't get results.
Apparently they were expecting blocking to be a magic skill that, once pumped, would negate the fact they neglected all other important aspects of building a player.
