He said earlier he's expecting Colorado to win the West.

And all I can say to you, Stahu, is GL in Week 2 and the playoffs. It should be a good matchup, and predictably like last season, close. I still put my bet on Chanhassen. We're fixing up the very last of our depth leaks and our chemistry hasn't spun out of control: it's dropped a fair bit, sure, but it's just a stinger.

Look at our roster now and try to make a fair argument on how Colorado will win without the use of tactics.

Tactics are important, but not the end all be all.

Looks like it'll basically come down to the three of us.

We've never had the most talent in the league. We have our share of non-boosters.

From Season 2 to Season 5 we've always been somewhere between #3 and #6 in terms of overall levels per player, and we have never had great depth. Clearly you're excited about your team's prospects, and you should be because you went from a speed bump to a contender last year, but we're not that much different this year than last year. Our depth is worse, we've lost 4 good players, but our starters are about the same, and the conference is easier. We're still working on OL and CB depth. But chemistry will be 100 for the playoffs when it matters.

You guys have definitely had success against us, but don't forget that we were beating teams you couldn't last year.. I don't think we're the favorite, I'd say SNK is or Fresno if they return from inactivity with their roster intact, but I don't see the dramatic improvement on anyone's end.

If anything, me not handling tactics this year should save us two experimental losses.. and I think we've figured out how to handle your 3-4.

Maine could figure in as well...we lost 4 VERY close games last season that could easily have gone the other way.

It'll be an exciting season to be sure!

No offense intended SE; I was just pointing out that there are a few good teams not to be ignored this season; ours included.

And we've got some wrinkles for yo azz on defense this year!

And I've never ignored your team, I've said time and again that Colorado shouldn't be ignored. I even ranked you guys as one of the top teams of the conference easily.

Pittsburgh will be dominant this year. watch.
