Looking for a starting spot on a competitive team ideally positioned for a championship run.
Most important factors are maturity and activeness (yeah...not sure whether that's actually a word myself), not looking for anything outrageous in terms of salary etc, just enough to cover training.
I also boost and use custom equipment etc.
