PM him if it's a complaint about an Admin and you don't feel comfortable messaging support (even though we would forward it to him) everything else should go through us and we will happily help you and we are a pretty serious bunch.

DD takes things seriously when he needs to, I can't speak for him though, but from my own perspective I think it's pretty cool that he has always been available to the userbase. Some admins get overwhelmed by the messages and close their inbox right away but he has kept his open this whole time and I believe in some ways has become friends with many of the users. We are a really small company. Our customers mean a lot to us, despite some current perspectives.

Build time machine, go back to right before you signed up, don't. Simple.
