Got it, you understand why we're frustrated, but have no intention of addressing the reasons for our frustration publicly.
It's great that you have a plan for dealing with this in the future, but it doesn't change the fact the admin team allowed one of their own to target users with a multi, while paying customers were being banned for both trolling and multiple accounts.
How many PM's did you get about DB while the account was active? Was anything done other than Pallow scolding DB for appealing his trolling bans (not for the actual trolling itself interestingly enough)?
