Sorry for the lack of weekly predictions lately, boys. The season takes a toll on you when you're writting one every other day and trying to gameplan.

I thought I'd touch on the two high-profile matchups this week.

In the West...

Gilead at Sante Fe - The Gunslingers have takin some lumps so far this year, but remain one of the top-5 teams in the Western Conference that can win it all. The Regulators have had a tremendous season thus far and remain in striking distance of that highly covetous #1 playoff seed. Gilead is a great team, but I'm not sure if they have the overall balance of Sante Fe. I've picked against Gilead before in big games such as this and ReRe has made me look foolish. I'm gonna give him the opportunity again. My pick: Sante Fe

In the East...

Birmingham Bombers at Indianapolis Warlords - I'm venturing into uncharted waters with this one because I confess I know nothing of the Eastern Conference. All I know is that both of these teams have outstanding records this season. I am somewhat familiar with Birmingham as they were the team that humbled us during last season's East vs West. I know Seizure and crew can ball. The Warlords look like they have won with impressive defense and top-notch chemistry this year. This will give them the edge tonight. My pick: Indianapolis

Excell had us prjected to loose by 3 last week but we won by 6 so I refuse to believe this

It's called getting given a team thats been given up by someone, and having to build from the ground up again

GG Ludlow you gave us 4 fumbles but we still could not take advantage. Hopefully we can barely make the playoffs and see you again in the first round.

The projection scores were not all close but each conference was 7-1 so not bad.
