Hahahahaha. Typical response, when people are unable to counter your points, in any type of meaningful way. "I'm taking my ball and going home".
What's that period doing outside the quote? *GASP* A grammatical error by Admiral Comma Splice. Bravo!
It seems the point eludes you.
Nightmaresabin,
I didn't say this game has to resemble the NFL, but it should resemble football (you know since that is what it's supposed to simulate). Putting an OT as kick returner, isn't a very good idea. Sure it is possible and all. Although it's not effective, which is why it doesn't happen regularly. Now if I put an Ot as kick returner in GLB and he had 3 kick return touchdowns and a 35 YPR average, that would be something like a DE whose built like a DB getting 40+ sacks in a season (especially when other realistic builds can barely manage a sack or two in a season).
I guess you have to suspend logic to enjoy GLB.
merk,
It's the NFL, not pro wrestling... they don't exaggerate the height and weight.
Funny you mention it...

EDIT: Fixed
Yeah he's in our league and killed us today as far as field position goes

Tunnel vision has been a hot-topic recently:
So if you think tunnel vision works and tunnel vision's pop-up says it gives a bonus to speed and agility, ergo high speed and agility works.
Miked33 proves, ok says, low stength doesnt matter.
The only question i have is:
Does vision really matter much?
You took it to softcap1, was that neccesary or would +-30 be good enough?

The only argument I would think for vision is that TV says, "when the DE gets the QB in his sights". So, maybe the wider radius created by high vision gets him in his sights earlier? I have nothing to back up this thinking.

Thanks for the update miked33, good luck the rest of the season. That was one hell of a game against the Dragons, 22 sacks is impressive even if it is against a gutted team!

I was tempted to switch my agility equipment to speed, just to see how it works. Not effective though, since I have my CE as agility and I don't want to remake it, again.

Lol, I find it funny that its my OT posted.
Height/weight seem to have no effect on running ability in this game which is stupid... Within the spectrum of the game though, his build at least illustrates that SA's are not necessary to be a successful KRer. The fact that he's an OT isn't why he's so productive, but by the same toker, a 50 speed OT shouldn't be as fast as a 50 speed DB...

"-Speed is officially still better than agility in my opinion. This season's updates actually probably made it more so. The agility update did very little to this build, and the pass rush settings improved speed significantly. Agility is still easily the second most important attribute to this build. Going agility first is still a very viable option, and probably would make a DE slightly better against the run, while slightly worse against the pass."
Ouch, right as I finish getting my slow build to 2nd cap agility. No matter, going to stick with the plan anyway.

really... speed >> agility?
i guess i should work on capping speed to the 2nd level and put my level 24 upgrades into that. agility is already at 66, should be high enough for a while?

miked33 has a great DE with his plan. Remember guys there are other ways to build successful DE so don't give up just yet and continue to find other ways.

In short, yes. Vision is nowhere near as important as speed/agility, but it should be your 3rd highest attribute. I took mine to the first cap early, and have left it alone since then.

This is my theory. From experience, I think this is true. Even if it is not, vision is important for getting around blocks.
