But then Xmas holidays. In the past, when a season falls like this, Day 1 gets bumped to that mid week between Xmas and New Year's.

That doesn't include all the fall out from the scandal, dots to boot, and the associated team moves, chemistry hits, etc...

Oh I know. But I don't want to see cheating dots/agents immortalized.

So I see two banned teams, are there others?

Three banned agents with two banned teams and one team that had to gut because of it, so far.

I have to say that I would have guessed it would have been more people and teams. I don't know why I thought it would be, but it does cause me to wonder about the thread asking how many actual agents there are in the game. If 80-100, then I guess three agents is that standard bell curve type of statistical thing.

Not defending Catch22, but he is responsible for most of what you love about this game currently, including archetypes, multi-training, AEQ, extra SAs, and many more features. He completely redesigned the game from something much worse to what it is today. You guys maybe are too recent to remember, but I also had access to the test server and have always had players. Back in the day Digital Daggers and Bort both had dots they would sign to teams. Neither's dots were exceptional. Anyway, most of what makes this game the so-called sandbox that it is today and most of what makes it well balanced was the redesign by catch22. Obviously this was done in conjunction with Bort.

I was actually reading through the test server earlier today, well the Q&A stuff with Bort and Catch22. Just looking for little nuggets of information here and there. So definitely saw that and had to be reminded that he was Bort's right hand in a lot of what changed during that time as you said. I could be wrong and correct me if I am, but did the testers have fully capability to adjust all the attributes to whatever they wanted to test things or did they use predetermined builds to do that? I think making the builds with certain thresholds to see what works and doesn't or how often something fires lends a competitive advantage.

No, we couldn’t edit builds, only test with preset builds.

Even the percentages on training are perfect. So many times I find that normal is too much but light is not quite enough. It happens hundreds of times. The math was exquisitely done to balance trade-offs.

Then I misspoke on that then! Appreciate the clarification as I was told or heard incorrectly at the time!

Are they deleting all of their dots left lingering on teams? If those builds are closed then they are probably BS dots too and should be removed.
