At least with the current build process you get to play and adjust as you go. Rather than just sitting down and mathing it all out at once, at that point you may as well get rid of the math.

I have never used a calculator even once since I started playing, I don't build the best dots but some of them have been pretty good.

You saying there is no math in your Duece? That's BS, I have made a player there, and I seen numbers , so yea there is math involved.

wtf is wrong with you anyways? Did they stop paying you at WGG so you're now a disgruntled employee? I swear it's like you are purposely trying to turn off everyone from all your sites. Just stop it .

I mean ya, your sprites don't get bigger or anything. of course they all look the same.
they also don't seem to do anything at all differently . I watch some replays of rookies then watched replays of older dots..to me seems the exact same.

As much as I hate rookie here, it's because the dots are so slow I can't stand to review a game. At least they move faster and more agile as they age.

All this negative shit from admins is very disheartening .

You don't build that way now though. Not if you are building for plateau.

I do zero math on my builds...which probly shows. But with the "ALG to 79" script I don't have to. If you just put that in the insta-builder then it wouldn't be a math problem.

I still see much bigger issues resembling football than the build process tbh.

Sounds a lot like you really didn't watch the replays at all.

So you use the process that other people have figured out for you, that not everyone knows or has access to. That has nothing to do with football moreso than it does maximizing number calculations.

What purpose does that serve? How does that improve the game, parity, and competition? And more importantly, how would it negatively impact you if it were removed?

If you can't see the difference in speed there not sure what to tell you.

OK I must admit, that ALG to 79 script does do the math for me. Well most of it, I still have to add a little but it gives me the numbers.

Without that script, I may have stopped playing long ago.
Which means I would have not bough the flex I have.
And I have bought more than my fair share.
Matter of fact my dumb ass bought another 25$ worth last week.

But still I have never used a calculator while on this site.

No, I still have to know what I am targeting for skill values end build based on playing the game. I just don't need a spreadsheet to get close enough to be competitive.

And you could argue the same thing on skill points for fighting goblins. What purpose does adding points to strength serve to slashing a goblin? It's part of building a character to do "stuff".

I'm not saying points should be taken away.

Being required to put points into strength for the first 20 levels to get enough strength to kill the goblin king, otherwise you're fucked would be a pretty awful mechanic as well. More emphasis being on maximizing the process than the build itself is dumb.

So the ALGs is your problem with it.

So consider this...crazy as it is and never going to happen as I know...the ALGs wouldn't be so bad, and would actually be a cool way to reward those who can squeeze out the extra points if:
1) There were no EQ skill bonuses
2) The max natural skill were a fixed number (e.g. 100 or something)
3) The max player level were lower.

Some combo of those 3 things would make ALGs more of a reward for the elite player, rather than the necessity just to be decent.

One of the things I hate the most about TheDuece is the cap on skills

If I want the absolutely strongest slow moving tires out after 1 play can't see 3 feet in front
Of him dot then let me build it!
