I am using Chrome for a browser. Firefox can't even load my AI so I made the switch long ago. I am not saying it is your browser, but it couldn't hurt to try it. Probably more helpful to gather support for your issue using some different methods.

My computer is awful. It is literally from 2004 and has a blue screen of death if anything takes too much to load. I can't even load simple sites like Facebook or ESPN some days. So I doubt it is your computer but still hard to say.
