I started this thread to try and understand the new game. Half of my questions were answered with a quick reply that I needed more clarification on...the other half was ignored, and found it hard to ask anything with all the insider lingo going on.

And if you don't get it right in your first season, you are smart enough to make adjustments in season 2.

Yeah, it's far from being as complicated as it sounds listening to the meta talk.
Salary is a bar that fills up, when you send a contract you see how much of the bar they fill. If you really want to sign them but can't quite fit, you send them a "low" contract that gives them a little bit of a hit to chemistry.

Ya the meta game talk is even complicated to me. And GLB2 is not really complicated at all when I actually go back and look at it to confirm we are talkin bout the same game.

Yes, generally...they fluctuate a lot more, and things like heart help it fluctuate in your direction.
Toughness and intimidation are also pretty important imo

If you're looking for hints on how to win, you're barking up the wrong tree. I really don't know the key to winning, I just do it.
