I guess the difference here and these hypotheticals is that you've already purchased the flex--whether or not you use on scrims or even never use it all, it makes no difference to the bottom line for GLB.

what they need to be concerned with is whether stuff like this (a one-day mini-crash that seems to have gotten no attention from GLB) will discourage future flex purchases.

people like Dub J say "the forums are the game" --and when the forums are the only part of the game that's working it makes me think they're right.

Is it too difficult for us who paid to run quick scrimmages to get this resolved? I mean, the lack of support for customers is simply getting too old.

Its just simple, its been 24 hours and no action has yet been done... except bhall here trying to get us to ignore the lack of support from whoever should be able to fix this damn issue.

there is no since in trying to take it out on bhall, hell at least he has tried to contact someone who can do something about it.

they are the ones that have yet to respond to or acknowledge that there is a problem

First: creating a thread in GLB Main is not the way to get an issue like this resolved. You guys know the drill, submit a Support ticket for this kind of stuff: http://goallineblitz.com/game/support.pl

Now, bhall mentioned he'd gotten word to Pallow, who'd gotten word to Corndog. And I see in the reply to a Support ticket one of you submitted that another Support admin passed the issue to Bort. It will get fixed, it's not being ignored, no need to rage too hard about it.

yeah wtf, I can't view some of my scrims either, very freaking annoying seeing how first I had to wait 8+ hours just for it to sim, then I can't even view it.

With all due respect Euchrid, the reply I got back from support said this "Wow, that's pretty weird. I'll pass this on to Bort, in case there's something that he needs to fix."

noone is raging, but we do expect some sort of an answer in a respectable time period. in my opinion and some of the other here as well, 26 hours for an admin to say anything, much less a stop raging about this, is really not very good.

again, thats my opinion.

The thread anyone else having an issue with box scores today has been merged into this thread

GLB wont load an of the box scores from any scrims that were run today for me.
Have an owner of another team that I have been working on some stuff with that has the same issue
