Anyways, here is my 2 cents, and it goes a long w/ what most are saying now.
I own a team we are 15-1, and yes its been a lot of kicking ass on our part because our league is pretty crappy (not our fault) but we have made the most of it. We are similar in lvls to the people in our league, but our builds are a shit ton better. Specifically our o-line, hb's and receivers are build very very well, along w/ our QB's.
Anyways, we have 2 QB's that split time. Both had over 100 ratings for the season and both have very similar builds. I watch every one of our games and these are the important things that I have come to find out.
Strength - Great stat, but needs the perfect balance. To much and receivers drop the ball, to little and a lot of passes get deflected. You need to judge your strength on how your team is doing. I have not noticed strength to be a weakness when throwing deep. One QB has 41 str and mine has 31. My QB can make all the deep passes that the other QB can, and for many games this season we threw deep 50% of the time.
Throwing - you can never have too much, i'll just say that.
Vision - IMO it needs to be a bit higher than throwing. It will help you throw less interceptions, avoid sacks, and get the ball out to an open receiver.
Confidence - The most underrated stat for a QB. I believe it should be just as high as vision and strength. If you start a game w/ a few deflections, incomplete passes or even an int, and you do not have the confidence to counter-act what happens. You are in trouble. In the one game that we loss this year, both QB's started bad. And it continued for them 10 fold.
Special Abilities - very useful as a QB vs. other positions.
Anyways, like the others said, you really need to have a good team around u to be a successful QB. Fortunately, we do.

so, my QB should have - never enough throwing, but more vision than throwing, and confidence just as high as vision and strength so...
throwing - 70
vision - 75
strength - 70
confidence - 70
or something

That's what i got out of that post...next time can't you just say, 'i'm not quite sure which attributes to put more points into, so just keep all attributes about the same.'
