Moderators have some benefits but we are not going to advertise what they are here. We have never done this. We also have never had a problem finding moderators in the past and from the looks of the support box, we won't this time around either.
We have a great community and we are working on achieving something as a group. If that doesn't interest you, I suggest you take the attitude elsewhere.
