Not necessarily, all you would have to do take the existing lower level leagues and convert them to this kind of format, thus getting rid of d-leagues and increasing the amount of human players in the regular leagues. Besides it's just a thought at a possible compromise, not saying it could actually work.

Was this before or after the higher level D-leagues were added? The D-leagues were always for lvl 14 and under players until the most recent change to D-leagues. Keep in mind myself and others are not advocating getting rid of D-leagues. We are pushing to actually make the D-leagues the developmental leagues again. Guys sticking all 50 of their lvl 1 to 79 dots in D-leagues are not remotely "developmental". Honestly, Bort should just have rookie D-leagues. I don't care if the all D-league guys get pissed and leave. Contrary to what they believe they don't contribute anything to this game so they won't be missed.

That's not true. I have an RLU team and I place a lot of dots in the "D" leagues. It makes it easier if I want to switch out my roster during the season if the sim or the builds aren't working out. I've also noticed in life, that there are dumbasses who complain 'Oh I spend money I should play how I want to!'. Cry more. I spend money on this game also, and so does everyone else. So, to give a small group of people that pay for the game (like everyone else) what they want is unreasonable.

Because that is many people's reason for keeping the D-leagues as they are. My reason for getting rid of the higher level D-leagues is much more legitimate.

I mean at the end of the day, if some dude is bragging about his D League stats, all you have to do is take a few clicks and go "Wow, youre a joke bro. Youre bragging about D League Trophies?" and youve got him dead to rights.

I like it because I enjoy having one player in the D leagues to do some damage. Its fun watching. I feel like I spend enough money on this site on offensive lineman and non glamour players, that I should enjoy one stat whore QB or RB or whatever if I want. Its just something fun to watch on the side.

Side Note: If anyone brags or takes pride in D League trophies/stats/whatever, you are a terrible human being

yeah, bragging about d league stats really isnt the issue. the mvp and hof are the big reason against stat whoring. now if each league level had its own hof, and no mvp eq, then i wouldnt have an issue with statwhoring.

I would agree with that. There shouldnt be anyone in the HOF for D league. But then they should just fix the D league.

Problem with your logic is, I and a few others aren't the one's complaining, just defending a position. My GLB experience isn't dependent on "D" leagues so if the upper levels were gone, so be it, but I think someone pointed out it's on the NGTH list so it may be a moot point after all. But I would be interested to see it up for vote.
