You're getting entirely too worked up over this
No sir...not worked up, just expressing my opinion...I've been in EE as long as anyone. And I'm respecting what Thundercat tries to do with EEPro. It has nothing to do with anyone personally, just from what I have seen and read. I'd like to see EEpro succeed in the inter leagues challenges and if that means putting people who have proven they care and will try ahead of other teams, then what is wrong with that? IMHO, they have earned it...IMHO, the Cubes have earned any respect anyone gives them...why? Because they try and the game matters to them. This is a game in the end...and it's still all for fun. But I don't devalue my own personal values for the sake of a game. Some teams want it, some teams don't. I don't personally care either way, but for the sake of EEPro, I'd be willing to give that little extra to the teams who care and who have shown they care. Mike has pretty much been the opnly person representing BSS in this forum, so I have nothing to go on other than the fact that he says they didn't try in our league game, they wont try in our ranked scrimmage, and he makes that a solid point in every post he makes. So I can only assume that mike is the spokesman for BSS...therefore BSS doesn't really seem to care. With the Ratels, Forbin is the only person who has said anything for them that I can remember. And that was laughing about losing to a team that wanted to win the GLB tourney game. That tells me Forbin who may or may not be the lead spokesman for the Ratels doesn't care and they didn't try.
Correct me if I am wrong, but that's what I see...if BSS would like to come out and say they actually do care, then I have something to add to what I have posted above, until then, I wold hope that everyone else agrees that BSS obviously doesn't care. This is not personal to anyone, but personal to EEPro. I want it to be the best it can be and win these games, in the meantime, pumping up the teams that may not be stacked with the overwhelming talent of some others but who give it 100% all the time get my respect and therefore should be given a little incentive to try a little harder..ie bumping them up some in the rankings. I don't see where that is such a big deal, if you want it, then you get the opportunity. If you don't care either way, then move down some, take your easy win and let the guys who want to try have a game they can be proud of!
This goes in line with laughing at the EEPro guys who make it to the WL but then falter an may come back down. You know they did what many others couldn't and that was winning EEPro and moving up...laughing at them is simply "bullying" in my eyes because they did something you couldn't do and by trying to make them look silly, you try to bolster yourself. Be proud of what your fellow EEPro teams have accomplished and root for them regardless of what they do. Doesn't mean you roll over for anyone when you get your shot, but it means you respect what they have accomplished and hopefully people will also respect what you have. Small trash talking is one thing...one liners here and there...but to continually just bash people/teams all the time is ridiculous and shows your own jealousy towards what they do or have.
Take all this however you want, I don't really care, but in the end it is still a game and we all still look away from the monitor to our own lives and our own self worth...no matter how hard you try to down others on here, your life is still your life and still the same, for good or bad.
