I don't believe that MM can get in. If they get into the tiebreaker situation they have losses to Smurfs, Arcade, SoCal, D9 and wins against Nairobi. No matter which teams end up 9-7, MM will be one of the teams leaving. D9/Nairobi will be the other one.

Edit: Sorry, I am forgetting the scenario where MM wins and D9/Nairobi both lose. That knocks both D9/Nairobi out.
